    “ Sam and I worked on a design together for my taproom to visually illustrate the connection to our brewery. Her ideas were spot on, on paper and even more impressive in real life.     The Captain Nelson

    One of my favourite and most random briefs ever! Design a mural for the entrance to The Captain Nelson, that links together Maryport & Ireland, & includes a nod to The Vatican (IYKYK). Avril & Phil had complete faith in me with this design and gave me the freedom to do what I do best. I absolutely loved the outcome but more importantly, so did they! And did I mention they have since won Cumbria Life’s 2025 Award for Pub of the Year!

    Lake District Hotels

    Lake District Hotels CEO Dani, got in touch as she wanted to add some artistic flair to their newly re-opened LB’s Pizzeria but wasn’t sure what the focus of this should be. After our initial consultation meeting, Dani settled on the idea of a mural design focussed on highlighting the beauty and simplicity of LB’s authentic Italian ingredients and the traditional nature of their cooking methods. A monochrome palette was chosen to pack a punch and really draw attention to this slice of Italian joy in the Lakes.

    Emma Bakes

    After designing and drawing all of Emma’s menu boards for her café, she kindly asked me back to create a mural for her. Emma wanted something interactive that would appeal to her predominantly young, female customers and would also increase her reach on socials. She liked angel wings. I liked the florals she had as the key aesthetic of the café. Combine the two and hey presto – a  glow up and social media promo all in one!

    Laverock Hampers

    Bigger isn’t always better…

    Cat is a small business with taste! She attends events left right and centre selling her gorgeous hampers and she got in touch to ask me to create some portable signage for her that would stop passing customers in their tracks. She loved the authenticity of a natural stained wood and wanted hand-lettering to make her stand out in a sea of vinyl!

    Roundthorn Hotel

    The team at The Roundthorn Hotel have put their faith in me multiple times to create signage for them. This one was one of a set of three signs designs and painted to give their bar area a bit of va-va voom.

From A-boards, to welcome signs, to bar signs and even painting us a jacket for a styled shoot, she always provides us with perfect work! Nothing is ever too much and all of her work is done to such a high quality with a huge amount of time and love put into it! ”
